The Costa Rica News (TCRN) – U.S. actor Mel Gibson has dropped the price of his house to $29.7 million, which is in Guanacaste. In 2010, Gibson had the sale price at $35 million.

According to information from the Canadian Journal Calgary Sun , the director of ‘The Passion’ wants to get rid of his property of 202 acres, called Casa Guanacaste.

This is an oceanfront estate in Barrigona beach in the Nicoya Peninsula, with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The property has a main house and two small guesthouses, each with its own pool.

Mel Gibson bought the property in 2007 at a price of $25.8 million.
